Michael Prince (PhD student)

Michael Prince holds a degree in Engineering Design and Appropriate Technology (Warwick University) and has worked as a design engineer in the UK and several low-income countries. He has also worked as a doctor in the UK after qualifying from Sheffield Medical School. Most recently he completed an MSc in Biomedical Engineering (Keele University) and is now undertaking a PhD at Salford University. The focus of his research is the design and evaluation of an affordable, adjustable upper-limb prosthetic socket.
